TAKING OUT THE TRASH  – THE KISMIF WAY

When you arrive home at the end of your day and before going inside – check for a moment feel what problems or challenges of the day that you still have with you. Just feel what they are – now look by the entrance to the house and see (in your mind) a large garbage can. You’ll notice that the lid is open. The container is ready to receive your stuff – just walk over to it and place all the negative emotions of the day in the can – put them all in, don’t try to figure them out, just put them in. This is a one-way-can, you can’t take them back out until tomorrow. The can will hold them safe for you.

Now you can go into your home free of the trials of the day. You are lighter now and ready to share yourself with friends and family. Have a nice evening.

When you start your day – take a breath – a breath of Life, Breathe in the energy of love, of beingness and creativity. Ask for (pray) guidance and direction.

When you leave the house to start your day, you will notice the garbage can sitting there. But this time the lid has two different handles. There is a label on each.

#1 says; inside is yesterdays old stuff – you can have it back if you really want it – just lift the handle.

#2 has a different looking handle and the label says; push the handle forward and yesterdays stuff will be dissolved – the choice is yours.

If you push the handle forward you will hear a spinning sound and then you will hear a flush. The lid will spring open and the can will be shining like new and empty – ready for more stuff, should you decide to bring it home again.
